Easton Church of the Brethren

You are invited to share and grow in the love and blessing of God through worship and Christian education classes for all ages. A children's church program is available on the first and second Sundays of each month. We offer the Alpha course for those seeking to learn about Christianity.

Junior and senior high youth are invited to participate in the youth group . Additionally, sixth graders through high school seniors have the opportunity to participate in our youth mentoring program . Children and youth also have the opportunity to participate in summer church camp with half tuition paid by the church at our district's Camp Mardela or Shepherd's Spring. A children's choir rehearses and sings at various times during the year. We also offer an adult choir and handbell choir .

We work at sharing the love and blessing of God with those beyond our community by supporting the national and international ministry and mission work of the Church of the Brethren. The Church of the Brethren has long been a leader in providing relief and aid to victims of disasters and wars. You may learn more about the Church of the Brethren by visiting www.brethren.org. This church sends a volunteer group once a month to serve in the Washington D.C. Church of the Brethren Soup Kitchen. We have been a leader in organizing Easton's annual CROP Walk for the hungry. We work cooperatively with the other churches, faith communions, and organizations in our area in addressing and responding to community needs and problems. We also broadcast our weekly worship service on a one-week delay over Easton's community cable access system. You're invited to tune-in on Sunday's at 6:00 p.m. on Easton cable's channel 15.
